Looking for someone to take over my lease which ends in Nov 31 2008. All the stuffs will stay including a couch, love seat, bed, mattress, microwave, cookwares, cutwares, dishes, plates, dinning set (a table and 4 chairs..) decorative stuffs (they are contemporary). This is 2 bedroom apartment (870 sq ft) Rent is $600/month, if you do direct debit $590/month. Trash, sewer, hot/cold water included. Cable/high speed internet/dish is available. I leave my deposit! After my lease ends, you can either choose to renew or whatever you want to discuss with the landord, this is a quiet neighborhood, on Jersey ridge rd, close to E. Kimberly.
