Technical Assistance Center Technician Moline Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of local area networking Solid understanding of OS and applications under WIN 95/98/NT/2000, Unix or Mac OS Experience with the internet and information services: Outlook, Eudora, IE, Netscape Communicator, FTP clients Demonstrated problem solving skills General clerical and data entry skills a must Appreciate working with a variety of customers & have a reliable attendance record Responsibilities Trouble ticket creation for all customer inquiries. First-level customer service including: receiving inbound requests and questions, triage, evaluation, and execution or escalation. Preparation for an execution of service modification requests Ongoing management and representation of client expectations and perceptions through verbal & written communication. After hours responsibilities, Configuration modification of network devices.
